Trump is telling these Boy Scouts a real story about someone he knew several years ago when he was young. It’s about a WM Levitt of Levittown. A builder and developer. A very successful one at that.

Wm for 20 years would go back to his building site after hours and pick up nails/saw dust and lumber.(use or resale) He kept this up for 20 years. And after 20 years he sold his company for a lot of money. Wm bought a yacht and most anything he wanted but after a while got bored.

So, he bought back his company along with land and it wasn’t long that he lost everything he owned. And you have to wonder what happened.

Time went on and Trump was invited to a party of well off business people. While there he noticed a man sitting by himself and walked over to him. He introduced himself and Mr. Levitt said, “Yes, I know who you are Mr. Trump”

Trump asked Mr. Levitt how was he. And Mr. Levitt said, “Not well, not well at all.”
Trump said to Mr. Levitt..if you don’t mind I’d like to ask you what happen?
