My statement about Netanyahu PERSONALLY has nothing to do with the link you posted.
Everything that happened in Israel was/is a travesty. I am a Christian in total solidarity with Israel. (Genesis 12:3) I do NOT like Netanyahu or his feckless character.
Him cozying up to Biden from November 2020, and kicking Trump to the curb, might make a person wonder how invested HE himself is with the traditional Jewish tenets. Trump = pro-Israel. Biden = pro-Palestine.
He spent several years in America, in the college environment where his father was a professor. He might have the mindset of a typical American Jew, i.e., liberal.
I understood your comment, MM.
I remember how much I like Netanyahu during the Trump years - how much they seemed to connect, and how President Trump was so good to and for Israel.
I don’t know enough about Netanyahu to make a certain decision about him, but I do remember being rather disgusted with his immediate suck-up to the Biden thing, very quickly as well. I remember the days he was deliberately kept waiting while Obama “lunched” with Michelle, and made to use a service entrance to and from the White House. Didn’t seem to have bothered him much.
In any case, it is horrific what is now going on in Israel, and Netanyahu has only the man he sucked up to to thank. Perhaps it’s just another lesson in appeasement never working.
MM, I took your earlier post about Netanyahu as being about him alone, not all of Israel.
I was disappointed too, when he so eagerly congratulated Joe Biden, after all that Trump did for Israel.
His MOSSAD definitely knew the 2020 election was rigged, and God help them if they had something to do with it.
Nevertheless, the atrocities that were inflicted on Israel were horrific, and no one denies that.
