Those are great, thanks for pointing them out lg. I haven’t perused the thread yet. I spent the morning and afternoon unpacking boxes of books so my arms are sore now. I was trying to avoid the tablet but you know how that goes...here I am , lol

I wish I could have 18 cats. I love my two but I could have more. I think because they are so independent, and only give attention when they’re ready that people can amass quite a few of them. And not feel overwhelmed. That many dogs would be hard.

A college professor whose wife was jailed for a murder of her boss that she was innocent of. Her appeal failed, and she was given a 3 day notice before being moved to prison.
He decided to get her free and flee with their son.

My sister-in-law had 11 cats, 2 dogs. one husband and 2 girls and her house didn’t look like that.
If that lady is happy and the cats are well and taken care of I guess it’s whatever floats your boat.
I don’t believe she has a husband or children.

Tks, Sammy died last year. He had a tumor inside his airways. He had so many fears. One was my husband wouldn't come home. He waited every afternoon for him to come home laying by our front door. Sweet boy. He had an eating problem from almost starving to death.

Hubby and I just got back from a short stay on Perdido Bay - and dread next week (back to storm cleanup 😩)
The craziest thing - our last estimated payment was returned to us because they had tried to electronically deposit a check that was folded in the middle (I do not fold checks when I send them) and it said no account existed (it was folded in a way that hid the account no.). It would be no big deal except they are charging us $325 penalty!
I hav never heard of such a thing and have been paying est taxes this way for 20+ years 😡

The demo guys are back cutting out the floor in the water heater closet.
The wood is like a sponge, was never going to dry out.
We need to get on with the remodel.
It was 62° in the house this morning, that was with no windows opened last night.
They have the heater all taped up with plastic so we can’t use it.
As soon as it warmed up outside, we opened up the doors to warm it up in the house.
I was cold all day yesterday and finally put on a long sleeve T shirt.
