Food ain’t gonna get you where you need to be in terms of niacin deficiencies. Supplementation is necessary. Believe me, AZL and I have been doing this and coaching others for I reckon about 3 years. Nearly everyone is woefully deficient in niacin and the only way to get right is high doses.
I’ve appreciated everyone’s help with Health messages. I started niacin a couple months ago on the recommendation from someone here - maybe it was you. With this long Covid or long response from the flu & coldss some of the helps available are pretty good
