Good post! I couldn’t believe the attitude I got from my long-time CVS pharmacist when I showed up with a 12-month prescription for HCQ three years ago. He refused to fill it at first and snarled at me in disdain. He finally filled it, after I argued with him and made him fill it for six months. When I went back for the final six months of pills, I got no flak. People had fought back by then and he didn’t say a word.
My question was: how did he know what I wanted it for at the very beginning of the pandemic? It was as though a bulletin went out to pharmacists.
Big gov partnering with corporations create the money machine to where anyone receiving money from them has to do their bidding. CVS, Walgreens, Walmart pharmacies fill large Medicare and Medicaid scripts so they are at the mercy of the political nonsense coming from the DC sewer. Same with Obamacare insurance it’s a government captured market that caters to big gov and the wall street healthcare insurance corporations not the patients. My insurance has in the formulary that Ivermectin must have prior authorization before it can be given to a policy holder.
It’s becoming a fascist racket with little to no concern for the patient’s health if it detours from the latest political dictate. Florida via this legislation is giving pharmacist responsibilities that belong to the physician. Pharmacist don’t know what the patient’s blood test results are nor do they review x-rays etc. Yet Desucktis is allowing them to judge scripts based on very thin shallow knowledge of the patient, i.e. his or her prescription history, which doesn’t explain the what and why ‘reason’ the script was given. As patient’s become more informed and push back Big Pharma and the Medical industry pass more legislation like this.
