Re Masks:
Great advice! I wore my homemade cloth mask loosely so that I was actually breathing clean air. Kept it on top of my car dashboard so it was heated in the sun when I drove.
I just recently had my first cold in 3 years. (I visited a preschool.)
Only mask I ever wore was one I made from a pleated scrap of black leftover window screening material. DH liked it so much I made one for him too. People standing 6 ft away didn’t realize we were breathing clean air. Karens never noticed. People who got closer laughed with us at our little charade. I later found out that a company was selling masks similar to ours online. Coulda made a fortune out of it. Right place, wrong time. Ha!
