We may see BRICS soon evolve from a strictly financial organization into a geo-political one. Given the extreme perversity of the gender issues in the G7 countries, this would be a very good thing. We desperately need a critical mass of people in the world to point out that the emperor has no clothes.

Not in the short term but, as a large geo-political alliance, they could affect the results of votes on resolutions. The UN and those who control it would have to rely exclusively on vetoes to get the outcomes they desire. Only China, Russia, France, the U.S. and the UK have veto power. If enough countries voted against a “human rights” (LGBTQ, for example) resolution, the vetoes would begin to make the UN look exactly like what it is - an organization controlled by a powerful but small number of anti-family, anti-humanity members, specifically, the U.S., UK and France (non-BRICS countries). Maybe at THAT point, the alliance of BRICS countries would threaten/agree to withdraw from the existing UN and make their own union of countries that more closely aligns with the values of their citizens. Bye bye UN as we now know it. That would also be a good thing. A girl can dream …
