Dan Bongino, former Secret Service Agent, suggested that Trump not post bond in Fulton County and make them jail him. Dan said that the Secret Service has the authority to shut a facility down to protect the President, implying that they would have to remove all the rest of the prisoners.

I think that if Trump ever did jail time, he’d be the only prisoner in the place.

Good point. I'll have to think about that. I think my impression he won't be in a formal jail is based on my mushy impressions and ideas which have morphed into a hunch or opinion.  I like having more to add to the mix to try to figure it out. ThankQ!

I’ve had discussions with family and friends on this very topic days up to Trumps arraignment. We all came to your conclusion too.
