Basically, sending Trump to jail for crimes committed by those in charge would be a demonstration that the civilian court system has failed. I don't believe the SS could protect him adequately in a jail when so many state level actors want him dead - I think they can make that case. And the military is always there to enforce the rule of law when the civilian courts fail. Just my 2.
I don’t know how Q be Q and let their chief enter any confinement they don’t approve and retain charge of presence. Trump isn’t going to jail, or there is no Q. Suicide isn’t the plan for Q, or POTUS. That’s not my humble opinion. 😄
