Ok, watched the YouTube, and read the AT piece (pretty sure that was posted here back in the day).

I don’t get where you’re going with that. Let’s stipulate that justia “scrubbed” the case from their site. So what? It didn’t disappear from Lexis, or the courts on line page, or westlaw. Or books.

The paragraph that everyone cited ad nauseum was dicta anyway, so no court has used it as precedent to define NBC.

I’m still confused as to your opinion on the matter. Are you of the opinion that the current law defines an NBC differently that a birthright citizen, or that the law should be changed (or clarified) to do so?
