This is not fair to the people of FL.
There needs to be a Constitutional Amendment that anyone who runs for federal office must resign their existing office within 30 days.
In the meantime we have a tropical something cooking and headed this way. Never mind, the ladies Jeanette Nunez and Ashley Mooney run the state anyhow.
There was a Florida law that required elected officials to resign if they wanted to run for a different office.
It was repealed earlier this year so DeSantis could run for President.
