Ignoring the fact that CO2 is only slight greenhouse properties compared to other atmospheric components, and the fact the effects of raised CO2 can be beneficial to plants and possibly even increase their output of O2 (oxygen for those in rio lynda), CO2 levels are effemeral and don't stay raised! They are absorbed by the environment, including by the aforementioned plant life.
