Jan presents herself has an expert on the Van Allen radiation belts, but appears to know nothing about them.You seem to present yourself as an expert, as well.
My question remains. By what means did you gain expertise in this area?

Well ... there’s 7 years spent studying physics at the university and graduate level, 4 years studying electrical engineering at the graduate level.
