Sorry, a better way to say it would be that the experiment like any other ever tried, showed no movement of the terra. And the ocean part was just a smartass way of saying that a mud puddle, pond lake, or spilled beer will always find level. That’s why we use a bubble level. But, the oceans curve around the ball we live on because of gravity. A bunch of smart people have been telling us that stuff forever, but I don’t believe it. And the more I look, the more I’m convinced.
the earth’s curvature is known. There should be a one inch drop in elevation for every 8 miles squared, yet it’s disproven all of the time.

But, the oceans curve around the ball we live on because of gravity. OF COURSE they do. "Level" means "perpendicular to the gravitational vector. That is indeed how a bubble level works. Since Earth is round-ish, "perpendicular to the gravitational vector" describes a sphere-ish, rather than planar surface.
but I don’t believe it.
That would seem to be a personal problem, and suggests that there really IS no evidence, no measurement, no experiment, that would "prove the ball is spinning" to you.
Have a nice day.
