Davydov the Swiss resident continues as the "headline" theme of this daily thread.

Looking back he ran his non-war channel from Switzerland.

As we know he continues with a war blog, still consistently from Switzerland where the "content" by a "content creator" is posted to YouTube. ( The lingo in quotes is how YouTube speaks of such. )

As the war began, 23 February, Davydov was still posting to Pilot Blog, and the....'

You might enjoy looking at that particular YouTube video posted about five weeks AFTER the Putin "SMO" began, in which Davydov introduces the world to his new-born baby rabbits. Cute.

And he states five weeks after the invasion, "YouTube is my only source for income right now." And "my friends" I need a new lap top. Yup.

Five weeks into the SMO with Russian troops in Ukraine, Davydov is expressing his alarm with little bunnies and asking for money -- for himself. To further fill in the picture of this "content creator," one finds he ran five+ hour long live streams also on YouTube, And among the themes "...any kind of donation."

So as one may gather, his aim was consistently to seek "donations." For himself.

Because Ukrainian International Airlines was of course not flying throughout Europe. As they still show on their site:

A little footnote to Ukrainian International Airline:

"On 14 June 2016, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine had the offices of UIA searched because of an investigation by the Bureau into passenger fees not paid to the State Aviation Fund." Years of net losses due to competition from "budget" European competitors. Pilots had "overnight" places all around Europe in that time because European airline rules require only so many hours of flight time, which likely explains the "content creation" for the Pilot Blog channel uploaded in Switzerland. Since 2019.

So as you see, the timeline for his Pilot Blog being "split" into two, and then the eventual promotion of the war "vlog" on YouTube has been a windfall for him. The daily headline on this thread on this thread for many months ends up being a part of the fund raising for him.

As other have noted, Ukraine is seeking English speaking pilots now. What are the chances that Denys Davydov will heed the patriotic call to return and train to fly the F-16s to defeat the Russians? I wager his "content creation" from Switzerland will continue.

It turns out that YouTube "daily updates" on the Ukraine-Russia war are well paid. YouTube taking only 45 percent of the earnings. So "creating content" and posting from the United States (many Ukrainian sources are uploaded in the US) as in Switzerland and even Asia.

The pilot currently in Switzerland "since 2019" is "news" in of himself. And his cute bunnies too.

As a clearer history and profile of "cute bunnies" Davydov comes to be, I will be sure to update such for you. :)
