They gave poison and refused to give medications that WORKED. Obviously the left had a very big stake in seeing to it that as many as possible were killed.
It's easy to point the finger at the "left" for this, but there is a lot of evidence that many Americans of all political stripes participated in this through either indifference, stupidity, cowardice, or the love of money.
