TS Storm Hilary has stalled in a straight line between Oxnard and Pomona, covering Ventura and LA Counties. It has been literally dumping rain on them nonstop for three solid hours and now there are all sorts of flash flood alerts.
I suspect Gavin Gruesome will be filling all his offshore bank accounts once the mountains and mansions all start sliding down the hillsides.

The I-10 just outside of Palm Springs is now closed. No trucks from LA Harbor to Phoenix! Not sure if the interstate is just flooded or washed out... other roads are being washed out in the area.
