This guy had a contensiouse exchange with a Maui official over the subject of the children of lahaina.
Some guy walks up behind him and starts giving him grief !!!
Nick tries to walk away and is followed ,,, guy was obviously terrified for his safety
Now why would anyone care so much over a wild conspiracy theorist ?
