It was an excellent film as I recall. I had to see it when I was in college and to fulfill a gen ed requirement so I took Art of the Film. Darn class took enjoyment out of watching movies for a good 20 years.
I roomed with a Cinema Major at USC (he became a busy actor—Brian Kerwin). We’d go to movies and he’d tell me all the ins-and-outs.
It has greatly increased my enjoyment, and to this day I always read all the credits.
