This is not explosive. Many of us already knew it had to have been done primarily with voting machines. They have obfuscated and hidden it so far. They are going to do it again in 2024.

The Republicans take pride voting on Election Day. So messing with the voting stations is their strategy to get us to vote their way. Democrats don’t vote on Election Day in person.
