I think your wish is already becoming a reality. In many small lawsuits aimed at many individual hospitals and docs, as well as employers both public and private, there are law suits aplenty being filed. Some might be tossed, but I assure that many will "bloom."
Personally, I am looking forward to the time when the real class-action attorney sharks enter the blood-scented waters. Deep pockets at the CDC and FDA as well as fattened pharmaceuticals call....
