I’m seeing about what you are. In virtually every pic I’ve seen from when the fires were still burning, the smoke is going nearly straight up. Having been in an actual hurricane——nothing goes straight up. And of all the ocean water pics I’ve seen the biggest wave might have been two feet high but mostly no surf at all. That doesn’t go with high winds coming thru the inter island channels. In those early pics of fields burning there was no indication of straight line wind blowing-—just flames climbing an overgrown slope-——weirdness galore.
I’d discount concern about radiation levels. If there was an increase in any wave length anywhere near Pearl Harbor alarms would have been screaming. The Navy is a bit touchy about that.
One other thing I noticed in the “before” pics. None of the boaters seemed concerned about coming weather. No extra tie-downs. Full berths. Boaters usually worry about heavy weather especially when they live on the boat.
Premier Danielle Smith of Alberta has reported that 500 of Alberta’s 650 fires have been started by humans. I still contend that the arsonists are being paid by someone to start the fires in order to advance the climate change narrative. I actually hope that’s what’s going on, or we have 500 potential serial killers in the making. Serial killers are reported to share characteristics in youth that include animal cruelty, prolonged bed-wetting and starting fires. Of the two very bad possibilities, I suppose I prefer the arsonist scenario.
