2 No, 2 points make an infinite number of points between the 2 points - with any 2 points IN that line made up of an infinite number of points between these 2, new, points. Huh...makes sense.

In mathematics, there are an infinite number of points on the line to the sidewalk, each marking an exact location in space. But each point is an abstraction that has no physical correlation to the speed at which a falling body can cover those infinite number of points in space before it reaches the sidewalk.
