It was "fictitious" at first, then a mistake, then a technology mishap, then an apology, but in the end, it's still a crime to reveal what's going inside a Grand Jury - this was not a test document as described (ooops, sorry), it was the actual list of the charges. The staff all knew it was a 'done deal' and felt comfortable as to the upcoming vote results of the Grand Jury. Wait! Could thus be tampering with a Grand Jury to post the vote results in the morning to intimidate jurors to 'vote the right way'? This also seems that the vote within the Grand Jury, which had not yet happened, turned out to be a rubber-stamp of what Fancy Fanny plopped in front of them. This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
