The Sportster is known as a girly bike. And yes, I used to ride a Harley in my younger days.

People who refer to it like that have no clue. The Sportster an American classic icon. The model was introduced in 1957, making the Sportster the longest-running model in Harley Davidson history.
You don’t produce a model that many years unless a whole lot of people like them and buy them.
Btw, it’s only known a “Girls” bike by wannabe purist who like to pretend they know all about HD’s. And I’ve had nearly all the Harleys, including “Stump pullers” like 1941 ULH 80” Flathead side valve, pans, shovels etc.
