Its in East Atlanta near Inman Park. I’ve been here for 38 years and I wouldn’t go there even though its supposedly been re-gentrified.

A former co-worker of an old friend bought/built a $million dollar house down there half a dozen years ago. I thought he was nuts then. After 2020? Completely insane. I need to ask about how they’re doing, if they’re still down there.
