I retire in less than 2 months(on PTO for 3 months after that). They don’t have the resources to replace me until I am completely gone. Assuming that you are leaving on good terms, shouldn't you be responsible for training a replacement?

The last developer took us 2 years to find. The replacement will be a Java Developer and I’m not a Java Developer. They don’t even have someone for me to train now.
