That was second degree murder. That should have been worth at least a decade.

Was the assailant a trained boxer?
Or no, just a dude who didn’t know he had it in him.

Hes not even going to jail for killing another person.
I see, the person he killed was just a man. If he had killed a woman Minnesota would have instituted the death penalty just for him.
I hope he receives actual true justice sometime during those 7 years he’s “on probation”.
Oh he might be a trans man, always a possibility these days in a state like Minnesota. “He” may still have a working v-card for those tough legal situations.

They really threw the book at that guy. If I was a betting man, I would bet that: 1. He doesn't complete a year at the Ramsey County Workhouse.
2. Attend therapy for two years. Or two weeks for that matter.
3. Go to anger management.
4. Complete an Alcohol Abuse Program.
5. Not drink while on probation. 6. Volunteer weekly at a non profit restorative justice program[ whatever the hell that is] or government agency. He will get drunk this Friday Night.

Had the coach simply kept his mouth shut, this would not have happened. Sometimes, it’s better to not be a sanctimonious twit.
