Of the founders, one was involved with Second Life. A friend of mine from long ago (at JPL) sunk a whole bunch of time into that project and “building” his “life.” I was the heretic, thinking it a bit of a time sump. His wife agreed with me (in quiet). When all is said and done, many of us are tech junkies of one kind or another. Something about being retired....
