I have no problem with with-holding judgement—but we have to be very careful with what we accept as valid data and what we reject.

Anecdotes (aka human experience) is a valid method of perception (even if there are some liars and fakers in the database).

While I do not believe that every single utterance of the “secret space program” whistleblowers is valid I am convinced that the “big picture” they present is “true enough” that “we don’t know” is a cop-out at this point.

The statement "I don't know" can mean a lot of different things.

When I say "I don't know," here's what I mean (in part, not whole)--these are the questions I can't answer:

I have a million other questions with more popping up each day.

I think it's pretty safe to say that our pilots are seeing something and, for that matter, that our military-industrial complex has possession of something and they have had some success in reverse engineering such (but that is not a foregone conclusion or at least the degree to which reverse engineering has occurred is not a foregone conclusion).

I think it's safe to say that abduction accounts are real (or some kind of incredibly complex hallucinations), but, that said, are the accounts reasonably accurate or are the abductees being deceived by their abductors. And are the beings that the abductees speak of real or are they projected images serving as a facade to hide a different group of beings who aren't ready to reveal themselves?

Here's the thing. The more I think about this, the more questions arise. Eventually, I realize that there's infinitely more that I don't know than I do.

That's when I have to admit to myself that I don't know what's going on here.

Now after all the above, what are we to make of the statements by people like Haim Eshed, who used to head Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate. As you may recall, he told the Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot that extraterrestrials from a "galactic federation" have been in contact with human beings but do not want the public to know as they feel our species is not ready yet.

Now where the hell does that fit into the equation.

Bottom line: "I do not know what we are dealing with here."

BTW, there's an entirely separate area that I have many questions about.
