This is a completely false/misleading characterization of what DeSantis said about major problems with the 2020 election. He has spoken out consistently and acted against the private takeover of government election offices, unsupervised ballot ops, rushed changes to law, etc. (the following was within her tweet):

Wrong on pretty much every count. FNC settled by giving Dominion more than the company is worth because FNC and Dominion wanted to avoid discovery and it guaranteed no one would dare challenge Dominion again.

While it seems likely to me that the Biden crime family won Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin by cheating, why would they spend money cheating in the California Presidential race?
The California results were Biden 11,110,250 63.48% and Trump 6,006,429 34.32%, with an astounding 80.67% of registered voters supposedly casting a ballot. A lot of Californians hate Donald J Trump. If the Democratic nominee had been Fetterman, he would have swept California also.
So I would guess that regional hatred of Trump and ballot harvesting both contributed to Biden’s very high popular vote total.
Most of the standing dismissals of Trump's cases were based on the actual law.
Before you can have standing, you have to be able to show actual damages. And in a contestation of an election, the election has to have already been officially decided, declaring you as the loser, before the court will accept you have damages, and therefore then have standing.
This was all explained over and over, including to Trump and his attorneys, at the time. He fundraised off of promising to contest the election, and gathered up an amazing $250 million dollars in just December of 2020. I, like many others, were expecting he was going to file new lawsuits as soon as the results were officially announced. Waiting until then, is what Kari Lake recently did in Arizona, based on this same exact legal requirement.
But after January 6, the day the electoral college voted, and he officially had legal standing, he never did anything. He literally vanished from the scene, for months. I held out hope he was just gathering his evidence, and planed to eventually file something in court later, as he finally had legal standing to contest the results, but he never did.
Got any specifics with that ludicrous claim?

Why wouldn't he? Trump signed the CARES act that flooded the country with untraceable mail-in ballots and then stupidly told Republicans voters only to vote in person on election day. When Rep. Massie voted against this idiocy, Trump wanted him kicked out of the party.

No he actually pretty much nailed it. I was in denial for a long time too. Trump signed the bill that gave all the money to the states to put in the mail in voting. He didn't follow the law to file his cases after he actually had legal standing. And that $250 million he was donated to stop the steal was spent on his rallies in 2022, not fighting the election results of 2020 in 2021. About that time I started accepting what had really happened. You're stuck back in time my friend. Hopefully he finally has some evidence now, but I doubt it. It'll just be more Wizard of Oz tricks if I had to put money on it.

What is true is not always arrived at by evidence nor is it necessarily arrived at by the review of a tribunal. In fact presentations of “proof” and the review of same by tribunals are many times found to be contrary to what is true.
PDJT's call to GA, that they have their panties in a twist about, was presenting them evidence that showed more than enough fraud to overturn the election.
While a Biden win in California or New York may have been a forgone conclusion, I would not doubt that the Democratic machines in those states inflated the vote count in order to show a greater popular vote margin than actually occurred. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 2.9 million votes, but in California, she won by 4.3 million votes and in New York by 1.7 million votes. The Democrats did not expect their narrow losses in the “blue wall” states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which had supported the Democrat in the four previous Presidential election. The Democrats corrected their mistake in 2020, as well as flipping Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona, all three states dominated by one large metro area.
Likewise, neither does Trump, or his supporters. Ballot harvesting is legal in many states, even though Trump may have convinced you otherwise. Fraud must be proven, not just assumed.
So, what has Trump done to prove any of those harvested votes were actually fraudulent? I'm drawing a blank.
And what has Trump done to actually change the laws to stop ballot harvesting, other than whine about it? I don't know of anything, but would love to be proven wrong. Thanks.
