Depends upon one's perspective. As for the "Eye of God" nebula:
The Helix Nebula (also known as NGC 7293 or Caldwell 63) is a planetary nebula (PN) located in the constellation Aquarius. Discovered by Karl Ludwig Harding, most likely before 1824, this object is one of the closest of all the bright planetary nebulae to Earth.[3] The distance, measured by the Gaia mission, is 655±13 light-years.[4] It is similar in appearance to the Cat's Eye Nebula and the Ring Nebula, whose size, age, and physical characteristics are similar to the Dumbbell Nebula, varying only in its relative proximity and the appearance from the equatorial viewing angle.[5]
The Helix Nebula has sometimes been referred to as the "Eye of God" in pop culture,[6] as well as the "Eye of Sauron".[7][8]
Eyes that are also nebulae ["little clouds"] *might* (but probably not) cause a questioning of "sure" interpretations, like for this verse:
Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds [νεφελῶν]; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Now back to the Ring Nebula in the 'Harp' constellation, and perspectives...

The Great Pyramid's Rectification Factor
The Mystery of Ancient Messianism Unfolded
If there exists in the Great Pyramid a geometric factor which completely counteracts the Displacement Factor, it means that the Pyramid contains the key to the World's problems, the means adequate to rectify this "displaced" world, and bring it into perfect tune with the Infinite.
A completely compensatory factor must one of necessity be one of precisely the same dimension as that of the Displacement Factor, but with a directly opposite function, thus having the potential of eliminating the displacement. As the Displacement Factor is a minus or negative dimension of 286 inches, an effective rectifying factor would require to be a plus or positive dimension of 286 inches. In other words, the Displacement Factor is -286 inches, so a rectifying factor would require to be +286 inches. (see Diagram, p. 282.)
The secret to the solution of the Great Pyramid's exterior symbolism lies in the discovery of the rectification of the Pyramid's displacement feature. When we have ascertained how this rectification is effected, we will have discovered how that which is out of harmony with the perfect will of the Almighty will be brought into line and how this chaotic world will be brought into tune with the Infinite.
So we must explore the Pyarmid in search of a factor of 286 inches associated, not with contraction, deficiency, eccentricity and imperfection, as is the Displacement Factor, but with the opposite, that is, with expansion, enlargement and uplift. When we find this, then we shall know by what power the evil in this World can be completely removed and how the Lord's Prayer shall be answered and God's will done on earth as it is in Heaven.
We find this desired factor in two connections in the Pyramid; the first reveals what the power is that can rectify the world, the second reveals how it must and will be applied in order to bring about the desired result - the elimination of humanities' "displacement" with the consequent abolition of everything on our planet that is out of harmony with the perfect Divine will and law. The first is in the Pyramid's interior, the second on its exterior design.

The hollowing in of the sides of the Great Pyramid alters the length of the perimeter of the structure, and the amount by which it is altered was referred to as the "displacement factor" by Davidson (references).
Davidson utilized his so-called displacemant factor in interpreting the Great Pyramid as encoding all sorts of scientific data, from the exact length of the year and the precessional cycle to the dimensions and shape of the earth's orbit (more references). For Davidson, the displacement factoras also important in his prophetic interpretations of the Great Pyramid: "The Great Pyramid's Displacement Factor, 286, is the Key Number to the understanding of the Great Pyramid's Prophecy." On the basis of an interpretation that the hollowing of the sides of the Great Pyramid was reflected in the final casing limestone, in September 1935 Pochan (references) introduced the concept that has seen become known as the "flash" phenomenon or effect.

Perhaps anyone still reading might wish to check out a map of Corpus Christi, TX. The spelling of the city in Hebrew [קורפוס כריסטי] = 761, the same as the last three words of the Torah, "in the eyes of all Israel".
(That's just a bonus detail that appears in a few other key places.)
It's rather the highway framework in the shape of a cross. That's perfectly understandable, given the name of the place. And for this particular location, the analog in the heavens is the Northern Cross Asterism, which places Lyra in Corpus Christi Bay.
Anyway, the point is the highway numbers. The one is 358 [Mashiach], and the other...

I think the JWST ought to take one picture a year of the Cat’s eye nebula in visible light, for however long the telescope is in operation. Each year publish a new animated GIF with the new image added. You’ll be able to see it expand over time. They did that with a few images from Hubble. Wish they’d continued that, and made a much longer sequence. From a science standpoint, you could actually see a lot of interesting details as the streams of gas and stuff expand and interact, so it would have a real purpose in addition to updating the GIF every year.

Dr. James Kennedy also wrote about the same. Tells about the Egyptian Sphinx being the start and finish of God’s plan for Us mere Mortals! The ‘Southern Cross’ is very significant as well.
The ring nebula does have a rainbow coloration in visible light, although it’s very faint and needs time exposures to bring it out. But the JWST sees mostly IR wavelengths, and so they just pick colors to display the images they take. I don’t know if yhere is any set rules for how they do that, or if they just try a bunch and then publish the one they thought looked best.
I had a low-quality paperback many years ago. It pretty much self-destructed. Had some excellent fold-out maps for as long as they lasted.
I'm always leery of writers whose goal is to pitch or prove a theology though, regardless of the belief system. They mold the data to fit the doctrines.
That's not to dismiss Divine message traffic by any means. It's actually quite a traffic jam out there. I simply observe what's out there and collect information from many sources. The entire universe is a Biblical witness heap, so that's what's funny -- if the Dark Side knew what it were doing, it wouldn't do that.
The best intel is running though open channels where few ever think to look. Not that I have time to explore everything everywhere, but how does anyone expect to find anything if they've already decided that there's nothing to see?
