I looked into the US is a corporation years ago. I believe it is true. Though that is only for those in the club not us.

Don't buy the sovereign citizen arguments as they're right that legally we should have those rights. Though courts have judicial precedence which means once one judge makes a bad ruling they can all make the same bad ruling. In other words you will lose.

And forget all that crap about the fringe on some flags. It has nothing to do with the 1871 incorporation. The idea that one flag represents something different than the other is the most annoying, ignorant bullshit I have ever heard. (And that is why I cannot resist going off every time I hear it)

my dear husband is like Sheldon (Fun with Flags on Big Bang Theory)...he knows his flags, too. He said, “the fringe is just a ceremonial, usually indoor, use of the flag.”

Agreed. That would assume the courts know they're running an operation against their oath. That is ridiculous.

Problem is, the sovereign citizen/state citizen/American state national groups mix the “US is a corporation” in with the ‘fringe on the flag’, ‘name in all caps’, etc etc.
