It is possible that Durham was a wash on purpose.

After some consideration, I am sure that Durham’s purpose was to investigate, get ALL the evidence down to every dotted i and crossed t, for the military tribunals. No way on earth could a trial in DC convict any of them. Plus because news was on it, CSPAN covers everything in Congress, plenty of people now know what the Russia Hoax was all about and who was guilty.
