Backpage Founder, Alt-Weekly Entrepreneur, and Free Speech Warrior James Larkin Has Died:
Larkin, 74, took his own life on Monday, just a little over a week before he was slated to stand trial for his role in running the web-classifieds platform Backpage.
Hmm, Backpage was advertising all kinds of underage sex. And McNoName’s wife was supposedly running some kind of foundation or campaign to shut down Backpage, I think collecting donations for the cause, but oddly enough never made any progress towards shutting it down. Odd.....
