You mean is Chappaqua up the Sawmill Pkwy about 30 minutes from Manhattan? Is that your question?
Newtown CT is east off of I-84, about 40-50 miles from Chappaqua. I-84 is easy to get to from Chappaqua - just up the Sawmill to I-684 north, to I-84 east.
My point was I did not think Chappaqua and Newtown were that far apart. Like a 30 minute drive on the highway.
I recall driving past both when returning from Terrytown, NY to NH.
