This means that despite the very serious headaches this indictment will cause during the campaign, he will not be prohibited from being President under the Constitution
If he wins, he can pardon himself

Yet, they had to get this out there TODAY. The Biden bribery story was catching fire. These charges were needed now and it will spike the bribery story because it gives the MSM the excuse they need.
As I’ve said on other threads here, nobody indicted Al Gore in 2000 for trying to overturn the election results in Florida, despite it having torn this country apart for a month when a State Judge illegally allowed cherry-picked county recounts with hanging chads, before Bush counter-sued, and the Supreme Court stopped the insanity.

Congress needs to haul Jacksmith in to examine him, and why the Attorney General decided to call in a DA who was in the middle of a trial based on the Kosovo legal code.
Is Jacksmith a foreign agent? What legal perspective did he bring to this prosecution? IS he working for the American people, or for the Hague?
Has the us ever called in a foreign prosecutor to conduct a trial of an American citizen?
