Would agree....some kind of drug use probably, but they will never drug-test the guy....would spoil the narrative. Needs to be either state law or federal law...drug-test within x-number of hours after the ‘event’, then publish the results in the regional newspaper.
Just shoot to aquire maximum blood flow from the wound and catch it in an evidence bag , zip it closed and then triple bag that an transport immediately to a hospital/lab nearby and then split the sample into three separate samples to test at multiple locations for verification of content of Yes or No for Drugs.
And no bullshit lawyer interference about legality of collection because of privacy issues. The POS was trying to kill one or more people and no longer has any privacy rights due to attempted murder.
