Rain here & heat relief . Know you Texans have had your share of heatwave
Busy in kitchen yesterday n again today. Cooking n culinary to me is fun and an escape as such. Same with gardening. Used to be Biking, kayaking & long rugged dog walks but those days are over
Those who walk, run or on feet a lot. Get good athletic shoes. Spend more for these n get a pair or two other type shoes less
Foot Fleet is one of the best places to shop. They use special machines to get you the right shoe, lift, support. Their employees are well equipped to help
I personally like Hoka. You’ll pay 135-200. This is not an expensive shoe. Taking care of your feet important. Neglecting them will cause unnecessary problems later

Just got in from my walk around the neighborhood just in time to read your walking shoes tip.
I do wear a good brand with a good arch supprort but I’ll keep your advise in mind when I go to buy a new pair of walking shoes.
As I walked, I learned from another neighbor that we are losing yet one more neighbor to cancer, that makes 2 in about a month.
Can’t say whether either got the clot shot.
