In January they had a smart city conference for Maui to turn it into a smart island changing everything into electric, cars and all. Making it a 15 minite city.

In September Hawaii is hosting the digital government summit utilizing AI to govern the island. I guess they are clearing house so they can rebuilt all the above

Also mentions the weather modification act of 1976 involving agricultural, and military department. HMMM, climate change takes on a different meaning. The vid shows footage of energy weapons apparently used to modify climate!!!
