That’s how I have been feeling, worthless, tired all the time.
I’ve even tried staying up later thinking that would help.
The only time I was able to sleep in till 5 was last Wed. when I was up for several hours in the night.
Maybe that’s the ticket.
Oh well, this too shall pass.
I have to try not to stress too much because it goes right to my neck. It’s hard to stop thinking about things to sleep but hope you can get more sleep, walking should help.
I don’t like having to take pain pills if I don’t really have to. I got so worn out cooking at my granddaughters Friday I hardly did anything yesterday. I really need to do a few house chores so hope I can last for that. This heat is just making everything worse.
Have you talked to your granddaughter? I feel so sorry for her, nothing worse could happen to a loving mother than to not have her children full-time, especially for such a stupid reason. I hope she can get the decision reversed. How many kids does she have?
