“In 2020, Mr. Trump’s campaign has had a couple of weeks to prepare and present evidence and it has been very difficult... we now have the opportunity to issue OUR OWN SUMMONIES in this case.
We will revisit every single issue in the 2020 election as part of this litigation.
This gives President Trump an opportunity he has never had before, namely the ability, since January 6, to issue subpoenas in a manner that can be exercised in federal court.
The professor said state legislatures have not commented on the changes that have been made in different states....
It was never submitted to the States. What we are going to have now is not just a civil trial, but a criminal trial for Mr. Trump exercising his right to free speech.”
