It is good to hear talk about the US Corporation of 1871.

A few Constitutional defects in the #TrumpIndictment

1/ Violates 1st Amendment right of free speech;

2/ Violates Impeachment clause for double jeopardy;

3/ Violates 1st Amendment right to petition the government for redress of grievances;

4/ Violates attorney-client privilege.
