Really strange wording in Hugh’s “obituary”.

So this manatee was an AMBASSADOR for all manatees and VOLUNTARILY participated in manatee experiments???
Maybe all of the manatees in Florida who are sliced up by boat propellers are actually volunteering be sliced up so “scientist” can study what happens to manatees who get injured by boats.
