That could easily be it. Makes sense. But that world is a mystery to me.I don’t have that kind of knowledge to know how those guys think. I did see a comment on one of the links that “big mike had made life miserable for the chef” so you can make that case. But absent being there it’s hard to say what happened. No telling who was where, when, or why.
