Regarding your tag line, if you’ve ever had catfish from the Tennessee river, or at least downstream from Knoxville, you’d appreciate farm-raised fish. Otherwise, and especially up where you’re at, fish should come right from the ocean.

Used to love Lake Erie perch when I lived in Cleveland, Ohio. Still like it, but it just isn’t available around these parts.

Clean, natural food is getting harder and harder to come by. Fortunately, it is less of a problem here.
