This would seem to be near the time that Q mentions: would anyone believe their evil treasons (paraphrased) if they didn't see it for themselves?

I warned of this possibility way back with Jussie Smollett's bungled case. Consider the possibility that the Obama judge handling the Jan 06 case does not allow the defense to submit evidence of election tampering, etc.

I think this is precisely why this incompetent Torquemada clone was selected. He is just good enough to stretch the clock well into the campaign (with the help of a corrupt and conflicted judge in a venue hostile to Trump), knowing full well he will - once again - be overturned at SCOTUS. But the damage will be done, and that's all that matters.
