$3,400 in NH on a 31 acre property with a manufactured home. I’m lucky. And that will certainly change after I build our forever home there. In MA I’m paying $5,500 for a home on 6.4 acres valued at around $550,000.
The taxes on an inherited rental property in MD was $5,000+ a year. That property was sold a couple months ago to the renter. An elderly Black lady who’s been renting it since 1996. When I inherited it I froze her rent.

My house is on an acre. Taxes on raw land is negligible. For tracts that I own, $30 on 28 acres and $500 on 186 acres that is all in pine timber.
