I’ve got relatives in both the states mentioned in #25, and I bet they try to get rid of California proposition 13, which limited the property tax:

I just can’t wait until the action spoken of in the early Q drops starts happening. I keep remembering that short snip of Gen.Flynn speaking right around New Year’s 2023 - he was practically trembling with excitement about 2023.

And bear in mind that Florida - and I believe Texas also - has no state income tax!
