Absolutely not.

What about 1st person witness testimony of a Navy pilot who is an F/A-18F Super Hornet Squadron Commander and a Top Gun grad, with such testimony corroborated by his Weapons Systems Officer in the back seat, his wingman, the radarmen onboard the carrier (USS Nimitz), and an Aegis-equipped destroyer (USS Princeton).

This is just one of MANY cases. This person will testify tomorrow in the hearing.
